A resource for all things yoga in Vietnam.

Yoga in Vietnam (YIV) is Vietnam's leading resource for all things yoga and wellness. Our mission is to make information easy and accessible for travelers exploring Vietnam and practitioners living in Vietnam.

Whether you are already traveling Vietnam and would like to start or maintain your practice or you would like to come to Vietnam to learn and deepen your knowledge, find information on yoga studios, yoga trainings, retreats, teachers, wellness practitioners, wellness trainings and more on Yoga in Vietnam.

YIV was created by yoga student, teacher and trainer, Victoria Nhan after realizing that there was no one place and no easy way to find yoga information in Vietnam. "Living in Vietnam for over two years, and traveling around Vietnam during this time, I love to practice in different parts of the country. But, I found it difficult to find studios and trainings to deepen my practice. This information wasn't readily available in one place; so I started Yoga in Vietnam to make it easy for other yogis and those coming to Vietnam to step on the mat."

YIV is also about community; connecting travelers and yogis to one another, and learning and growing to expand the yoga knowledge in Vietnam. Join our online community to share, learn and connect with others.

Yoga in Vietnam is a Canadian registered business (Business Number 280619446).

VICTORIA NHAN,
Founder

Victoria’s focus is on cultivating calm on all levels of the being: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually (energetically) to support one’s overall well-being and balance on and off the mat.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Victoria is currently parked in Hoi An, Vietnam. If you had met her years ago, she wasn’t very calm, actually she was quite angry, impatient and short tempered. She didn’t know how to take care of these strong emotions so instead, they took hold of her. Yoga and mindfulness became essential tools in her practice of taking care of herself, her body and her emotions — transforming anger, tightness and tension into space for calm, compassion and understanding.

Since stepping on the mat over a decade ago, she discovered that the mat isn't just a place to sweat, it’s a place to breathe freely, to connect, to balance, and to find harmony. Whether we're looking to move, flow and discover our bodies or simply learn to breathe deeply with awareness and joy, yoga and mindfulness give us the space and tools to do so.

“Yoga and mindfulness changed my life, and I am grateful for this opportunity to share the practice’s magic with you.” Visit www.victorianhan.com for more about Victoria and her teachings.
